These Terms of Service govern use of the corporate website operated by MAGIC MOBI LIMITED ("Magic Mobi", "we", "us" or "our") and the submission of business enquiries through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Website purpose and scope
This website introduces our advertising services and provides a way to contact us about potential business cooperation. It is intended to provide general information, rather than confirm a service order, media booking or campaign launch.
Specific advertising engagements are governed by the written agreement for the relevant project. These website terms do not replace that agreement or the terms applicable to any separately provided product or service.
2. Our advertising focus
Our focus is leisure and lifestyle advertising, including everyday consumer brands, home and hobby products, outdoor recreation, local leisure experiences and positive arts or entertainment content. Our services may include campaign planning, creative content and considerate media placement.
We favour clear, constructive communication that respects the audience's time and experience. The availability and scope of services for a particular project must be confirmed with us.
3. Advertising content standards
Proposed advertising must be lawful, truthful and suitable for its intended audience and channels. Product descriptions, endorsements and any environmental, health or performance claims must be accurate and supported by appropriate evidence. Material commercial relationships and advertising content must be identified as required by applicable rules.
We do not accept campaigns promoting gambling, pornography, fraud or unlawful products or services, or content that incites hatred, violence or exploitation. We may decline proposed work that conflicts with these standards, infringes another person's rights or is incompatible with the requirements of the intended media channel.
4. Enquiries and project agreements
Please ensure that information supplied in an enquiry is accurate and that you are authorised to communicate on behalf of any organisation you represent. Sending an enquiry does not, by itself, create a service engagement or an obligation to purchase.
Before work begins, the relevant agreement should set out the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, media budget, approval process, usage rights and any cancellation or refund arrangements. Changes to the agreed work must be mutually agreed. Nothing in these terms removes a right to a refund or other remedy required by law.
5. Materials and intellectual property
You must have the rights and permissions needed to share any logos, images, videos, testimonials, personal information or other materials you provide. Sharing materials for an enquiry does not transfer ownership to us; they may be used to assess and respond to the enquiry or as subsequently agreed for a project.
Ownership and permitted use of commissioned creative work, third-party assets and campaign materials will be specified in the relevant project agreement. Publication of a client's materials, name or endorsement requires an appropriate right or permission.
Website content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view it for information and ordinary business enquiries. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse beyond what the law permits requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
6. Responsible website use
You must not use the website to submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, distribute malicious code, send unsolicited messages or attempt unauthorised access to systems or information. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Personal information provided in connection with the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please limit enquiries to information reasonably needed for the business purpose.
7. Media platforms and campaign outcomes
Advertising channels and other external services have their own policies, approval processes and availability. Any proposed placement must satisfy the applicable requirements of the relevant channel; a website enquiry does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
Campaign results depend on factors such as the offer, creative work, audience, market conditions and media delivery. We do not promise a fixed level of reach, sales or return on advertising spend. Forecasts and examples are estimates unless a specific commitment is expressly agreed in writing.
8. Website information and availability
We take reasonable care in presenting information on this website, but service descriptions and other information may change. Please confirm important project details with us before relying on them for a business decision. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons outside our reasonable control.
These terms do not exclude or limit any responsibility, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Responsibilities relating to an agreed advertising project are addressed in its project agreement, subject to applicable law.
9. Applicable law and updates
These website terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If you have a concern about the website or our services, please contact us so that we can seek a resolution.
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Updates apply to future use of the website and do not, by themselves, change an existing project agreement.
